Why am I creating a portfolio?
Due to the confidential nature of the data on which my work centres, examples of existing work are not suitable for publication.
As such, I will evaluate sample datasets and perhaps create my own in order to showcase the wide range of skills I have so far accumulated in my Workforce Analytics career.
What will be in this portfolio?
This portfolio will illustrate technical capabilities and analytical reasoning alongside interactive demonstrations in both blog format and within Power BI.
I will be creating “basic” reports and introducing enhancements, moving from reporting the news to delivering actionable insights for various personas within the business.
I will also attempt to speak to the issues encountered when setting up a portfolio of this nature.
